What are the shipping times for your products?

Our offices are located in Essonne, France. The company Ramoul Expansion manages the Syrelune website, registered under commercial register No. 98152710400013, with headquarters at 74B Grand Rue, 91490 Moigny-sur-École, Essonne, France.

This is the address where products must be returned in case of a return.

The products are shipped from an international warehouse in China.

Do you provide tracking information for the product?

Some items from my order are missing. What happened?

Our products are shipped separately based on your order. For example, if your order contains items from two different warehouses, there will be two deliveries. The rest of your order should arrive shortly.

I still haven’t received my order. What’s taking so long?

We apologize for the delay. Sometimes, international shipping can take longer than expected due to customs clearance. However, you can track your order and see where it is at any time. I received a damaged item. What can I do?

We’re sorry to hear that. Simply send us a picture of the damaged item to support@syrelune.com, and we will send you a replacement item as soon as possible.

We do our best to resolve any issues that our customers may experience with their online items. If you still wish to receive a refund on your order, we can process the payment, provided that the request is made within 30 days of the order date and that the products in question are not on sale.
